I come from a background in real estate development, construction, and community-focused work. Over the years, I’ve led complex projects, coordinated with attorneys, and rolled up my sleeves when things got messy. (Earlier in life, I even spent a couple years in the Peace Corps — building water systems in the Andes and learning how to navigate real challenges with care and grit.)

Today, I specialize in helping families and attorneys manage the real estate side of probate in King County. Whether it’s an old family home that needs repairs, a complex estate with multiple heirs, or just a situation where no one knows what to do next — I step in and handle it.
