I’m Christopher Sweeney, a REALTOR® with Infiniti Real Estate & Development, proudly serving clients across the Puget Sound region from our Fremont office. I specialize in helping families navigate probate real estate transactions—both residential and commercial—and deliver consistently high-impact results through full-spectrum concierge service.

I hold certifications as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and a Commercial Real Estate & Development from the University of Washington. With over a decade of desigining, constructing and selling a wide range of property types, I bring strategic clarity and grounded execution to every transaction.

My work also reflects a deep commitment to men’s work and spiritual retreats. Helping people navigate major life transitions has shaped the way I guide clients through real estate transitions—with presence, integrity, and results.

The first decade of my career was spent in various roles in the Real Estate Development field finally as a Director of Development leading multifamily and industrial projects throughout the Puget Sound. I started my career as a general contractor and long-term financial planner for HOAs taking into account maintenance and upkeep for condominium associations across the Pacific Northwest—building a strong foundation in both the physical and financial sides of real estate that I draw on every day.

When I’m not working, I’m in the mountains—paragliding, mountain biking, or backcountry skiing. I live in Ballard with my wife and our dog. I’d love to connect and explore whether I’m the right person to help you move forward—personally and powerfully.
